God has been so good to me. When this whole thing began, I was looking for a private spot, large enough for two chairs, where I could enjoy my clients and work my business until I got ready to retire. Then I found Edgewater. The Landlord/Partner Owner of the building struck a deal with me on some space. I fell in to an opportunity to acquire excellent equipment enough to equip a six chair salon. Alley Cats Salon was born.
Before I was even finished building the salon, Cheri and Joy came by, instantly falling in love with it. They decided that day to move their businesses here, and the family of Alley Cats Salon was official.
Open for only six months, all spaces were rented and the salon staff was overflowing. It was impendent. Alley Cats needed to expand. I added a larger waiting room and a seventh station which was also quickly filled.
One year after inception, Alley Cats Salon has grown to 12 people and as we finish up Phase 3, three more stations and an acupuncturist/esthetician room has been added.
Thank you for excusing the construction and noise as we step forward to our future as a 10 chair salon with a family of 15 staff members.
And thank You, God.
